God of our Lord Jesus the Anointed, Father of Glory:
I call out to You on behalf of Your people.
Give them minds ready to receive wisdom
and revelation so they will truly know you.
Open the eyes of their hearts,
and let the light of Your truth flood in.
Shine Your light on the hope You are calling them to embrace.
Reveal to them the glorious riches You are preparing as their inheritance.
Let them see the full extent of Your power
that is at work in those of us who believe,
and may it be done according to Your might and power.
Ephesians 1:17-19

This has been one of my memory verses this year! Thanks for helping me review it again, Beth.
ReplyDeleteAmen! I pray I can always keep the eyes of my heart wide open and focused only on His voice. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteDear Beth
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me so much of our Lord Jesus' words when He asked Peter who he thought He was. When Peter answered Jesus that He was the Son of God, Jesus called him blessed for this knowledge could only come through revelation from our Pappa! May our hearts always be full of His revelation.
Blessings XX

I love The Voice translation. It brings to life passages of Scripture that sometimes can be hard to digest in the King James. This is one of them. Thanks for sharing it in this Bible translation, Beth.
