The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God,
and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command.
When he had cleansed us from our sins,
he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.
Hebrews 1:3 (NLT)
This thought stops me in my tracks every time...it's so full of power...overwhelming to know He came in our form to reveal God of all creation to us.

The thought that came to my mind as I read the verse that you chose and looked at the beautiful flower was this...and His paintbrush colors the world with beauty. Flowers are my favorite things to photograph.

The part of this verse that always grips my heart is "He sat down..." So I imagine that up until that point, He was standing - powerfully and majestically. But then he sat down, as if to say, "That's it, people. You'd better get it right in your minds and heart right now."
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you.
Thank you for sharing, Dina. I love seeing how verses speak to us all.
